i've been wanting to make popsicles for the longest time, but never realized how easy they are! now that i've seen how quick they are, i sense many batches of them in the coming weeks! i decided to start with a recipe based on my favorite fruit of summer: cantaloupe!


for the recipe, you need:
- 2 cups ripe cantaloupe, diced
- 3 tablespoons plain greek yogurt
- fresh mint, chopped
- squirt of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
i also made some great muffins!

for this recipe, you need:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter (i used applesauce instead)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk (i used almond milk- it's my new favorite!)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
these muffins seriously turned out so good! usually i just make the kind out of the box with the little can of blueberries inside, but the fresh ones were so juicy and delicious!
I'm practically drooling over those delicious looking blueberry muffins... I'm writting this recipe down so my father can make them sometime!
