graduation!

so this will probably be my most exciting post this year.....i graduated from college this weekend! i now officially have a bachelor's of arts degree in psychology with minors in both spanish and education!




i've had a great time in college- i love uc davis, and am so glad i chose this school. i work with the orientation department, welcoming new students, and i frequently get to talk about how much and why i love davis. i'm really going to miss it!

i love this picture of my mom and i. we are so close, she really is my best friend! my whole family visited for the weekend, and we had a lovely lunch after the ceremony. i loved being surrounded by friends and family for such an exciting day!


my uncle brought me the most delicious cake- it was called a "swedish princess" cake, and had marzipan frosting!




the balloons had a little weight at the bottom to hold them down, in the shape of a tiny hat! i love cute details like that!

i wore my favorite modcloth dress, and even though i recently wore it on my blog, i knew it would be perfect for the big day!

now that i'm done at davis, i'll be starting a master's program at cal poly in september in educational counseling. i'm sad to move away from davis, but i'm so excited to move on- cal poly is halfway between san francisco and los angeles, so i'm sure i'll have lots of traveling adventures!
