some updates

some of you may have noticed that i have been a little m.i.a around the blog the past week or so....here's what i've been up to!

i moved to san luis obispo and am getting settled in quite nicely! i started work this week, which has kept me crazy busy. i'm working in a residence hall community and we are having training for the next two weeks as we get ready for the students to move in! everyone i've met so far has been really nice and welcoming.

i've also been pretty sick, unfortunately. i'm taking some strong anti-biotics that are making me feel even worse for the time being, but will be done with them after this week and should start feeling better then.

so in the next week or so i won't be blogging much, but i'll be trying to feel well enough to explore my new city, decorate my new room, and get used to the idea of dressing "business casual."

since i've been in bed with a lot of free time, i've gotten really into "game of thrones." i'm only three episodes in, but i'm definitely tempted to spend the rest of the night watching the entire season!
