i remember so many instances of reading one of his books while in a public place, alone, and completely cracking up, laughing aloud to myself.
this is me and my friend tiffany, who also just started blogging! we both got our books signed!

tiffany and i met up with a bunch of friends from work and we all had pizza before going to the show.
here is a picture of the mondavi center, where we saw him. it is one of the highlights of the uc davis campus, there are often really neat musical and dance shows, but this is actually the first time i've attended an event there! the center seats over 2,000 people and the event was sold out!
i had such a great time! seeing one of my favorite authors in person, talking to him even! it was a really memorable night with friends!
do you guys have any big plans for the weekend?
That sounds like such a fun night out! I love getting a big group together for one special event. I haven't read much of David's work (I know he's hilarious!) but I do love me some Amy Sedaris!
